SUNY-ZBG320 is a UV exposure unit for photo-imageable solder mask and dry-film photoresist on PCBs. A vacuum or pressure frame holds the artwork in tight contact with the laminate while UV light transfers the pattern.
Typical use: expose dry-film photoresist or solder mask on copper-clad laminates.
