SUNY-ZGK300 is an entry-level through-hole plating system used to deposit a conductive copper layer through PCB drilled holes, enabling double-sided and multilayer PCB prototyping in-house.
Typical use: conditioning, activation, copper deposition and electroless plating of through-holes on prototype PCBs.
